The managing director, Quanliang Zhao, thus also fulfilled a promise he made in 2015 at the NRW-Invest award ceremony:
to continuously expand his company’s commitment in the interests of European customers in Düsseldorf and to invest in a modern testing and training centre.
Also there were many satisfied faces among the approximate 120 guests ranging from Politicians, Associates and Customers attending the opening event. The Chinese Consul General Haiyang Feng kindly opened the event after a musical rendition of the “Nine Million Bicycles in Bejing”, he was followed by the Managing Director of NRW Invest, Petra Wassner and the three main technology partners of ZCC Cutting Tools Europe, the machine manufacturers ALZMETALL and EMCO as well as the CAD / CAM supplier Tebis.
Quanliang Zhao closed the formalities by underlining again the importance of local customer proximity, individual service and personal partnership for his company. “You partner – your value,” said Zhao, “is not just our aspiration but our customer promise.” Here, the test and demonstration centre, in close proximity to the international airport of Düsseldorf, will be a crucial element, Zhao reassured.
With the formalities complete our Guests had the opportunity to gain a direct impression of the performance of the machines and the tools used and also took the opportunity for a guided tour of the ZCC Cutting Tools European headquarters.
“We look forward to seeing you here again very soon”, Quanliang Zhao emphasized again and again when saying goodbye to his guests. Certainly many people present will take his word for it – just to see how the concept evolves.
