ZCC Cutting Tools appreciates the importance of satisfied customers and good cooperation. For this reason this year the company presented the “Annual Awards” for the best dealers in Germany.
An internal selection committee awarded the dealers according to the criteria of the respective category. Decisive criteria for the evaluation process include:
- Total turnover
- Identification with ZCC Cutting Tools
- Complete incorporation of the product portfolio
- Sales and distribution expansion
- Continuous training of employees
The official award took place during the dealer meeting in Düsseldorf.
“Best Dealer”
proZerspanung GmbH is the winner as best dealer of the year. The winner has been working with ZCC Cutting Tools for more than 10 years and has been highly impressive with their continuous expansion of sales activities and great ideas regarding technology and sales.
“Best development”
ZCC Cutting Tools wants to acknowledge not only the consistently positive performance, but also the most outstanding progress of a dealer. The award for the best development was given to JAB Industrieservice. Last year, the partner doubled its turnover and has continued to progress. The positive business relationship with JAB Industrieservice was particularly emphasised by the strong identification with the ZCC Cutting Tools brand.
“Best Newcomer”
In addition to the two long-standing partners and award winners, there was also an award for a new dealer. Rühle Werkzeugtechnik has been awarded the trophy for the best newcomer. ZCC Cutting Tools’ partner was successful due to an extraordinary increase in turnover and interesting projects with major customers.
ZCC Cutting Tools’ “Annual Awards” draw attention to those dealers who attach great importance to a good business relationship. In addition, the winners serve as a role model for all other partners who want to be considered by ZCC Cutting Tools Europe as the best dealers at the next award ceremony.
