Das QCH-Wechselkopfsystem mit Q-Schnittstelle umfasst jetzt zusätzlich 3 Serien mit WSP-Fräsköpfen:
- High-feed mills: QCH-SDMT
- Square shoulder milling cutter: QCH-APKT
- 45° deburring cutter: QCH-SPGT
The QCH-SDMT high-feed mills in diameters of 25 and 35 mm are ideally suited for roughing. The special feature of the SDMT inserts is the fact that the cut is soft and the machining noise pleasant due to the cutting edge geometry and chip breaker. The soft cut also provides quiet running, even with large projection lengths. The same inserts are suitable for the milling heads as for the XMR01 Series.
The QCH-APKT square shoulder milling cutters are available in diameters of 16, 20 and 25 mm and can be used for roughing and semi-finishing. The APKT portfolio offers the right insert for every material. The inserts for the EMP01/02 milling cutters can be used for the square shoulder milling cutters.
The 45° QCH-SPGT deburring cutters are available in diameters of 16 and 20 mm. The four-edge SPGT inserts are especially economical. Deburring in deep holes is possible in combination with the QCH interface. The inserts for the ZTD drills can be used for the deburring cutters.
As usual, there are appropriate solid carbide shanks in cylindrical and conical shapes. The short cylindrical shank is also available in a more economical steel version. This more cost-effective alternative is especially recommended for short projection lengths.
The specially developed interface between milling head and shank ensures optimal concentricity. This results in less tool wear and a high level of precision during machining. With the QCH Series, users can flexibly set up tools of various lengths. In addition to the new insert milling heads, all solid carbide milling heads are available for finishing.
