Participation in the competition organised by ZCC Cutting Tools Europe, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Procedure of competition
The duration of the competition is June 10th, 2024, 3:30 pm to July 8th 2024, 11:59 pm.
The results of one of the following matches must be predicted correctly to potentially win one BBQ-set:
Monday, June 17th, 2024, 9 pm Group D, Austria – France
Friday, June 21st, 2024, 3 p.m. Group E, Slovakia – Ukraine
Monday, June 24th, 2024, 9 p.m. Group B, Albania – Spain
Monday, July 1st, 2024, 6 p.m. Round of 16, runner-up Group D – runner-up Group E
Saturday, July 6th, 2024, 6 p.m. Quarter-final, winner of round of 16 #4 – winner of round of 16 #2
The digital entry form must be completed and the correct match result must be entered no later than 15 minutes before the kick-off of the respective match.
All correct bets will be entered into the raffle.
5 exclusive ZCC Cutting Tools Europe BBQ grill sets will be available in total, one for each of the selected matches in Düsseldorf.
The draw for the BBQ-sets will take place on June 18th, 2024, June 21st, 2024, June 25th, 2024, July 2nd, 2024 and July 8th, 2024 respectively without notarial supervision.
The BBQ-sets will be sent out to the 5 winners immediately after the respective draw.
Participation
To participate in the competition, it is necessary to complete the digital entry form on the operator’s website. Participation is only possible within the duration of the competition. A maximum of one entry form may be submitted per participant. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple e-mail addresses or names to manipulate and increase the odds. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Eligible participants
Natural persons who have their primary residence in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and realisation of the competition and employees of the operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair behaviour or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prizes will be awarded:
5 exclusive ZCC Cutting Tools Europe BBQ sets, one for each of the specified matches.
In case more than one participant has predicted the correct final result of the respective matches, inclusive of added time, extra time and penalty shoot-out, where applicable, the winner will be determined by draw. Should none of the participants have the exact final score correct, the raffle will be among those participants, that have the match winner and the goal difference correct. Should even that criterion not yield candidates, the raffle will be amongst participants, that have the match winner correct.
The prize will be mailed. It will only be handed over to the winner or the winner’s legal representative. The prize cannot be exchanged, collected by the winner or paid out in cash. Any costs incurred for the dispatch of the prizes will be borne by the organiser. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize will be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for paying any arising taxes. Undeliverability will forfeit the prize.
Cancellation of the competition
The organiser explicitly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without reasoning. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
Data protection
Personal data must be provided in order to take part in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and e-mail address, are true and correct.
The organiser points out that none of the personal data of the participant will be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without the consent of the respective participant. Winners agree to the publication of their first name, surname initial and the postcode of their place of residence in the communication media chosen by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organiser’s website and its’ social media platforms. The participant can revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The cancellation must be sent in writing to dataprotection@zccct-europe.com. Once consent has been withdrawn, the participant’s collected and saved personal data will be deleted immediately.

Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these conditions of participation. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
